This study uses a descriptive qualitative research approach, as measured by the Altman Z- Score, Springate and Zmijewski bankruptcy analysis methods. The population of this study is construction companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2016 to 2018. The sample is determined by the purposive sampling method, with a total sample of 12 companies from 17 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, so that the total observations in this study are 36 observations. Data collection techniques using the method of documentation through the site and based on information from the various media to find out the current condition of the sample company.

Investors can become more active when they have adequate knowledge about various trading activities in the capital market. AbstractThe aim of this research is to propose a model in an effort to build and enhance the reputation of shariah banking industry. The model was determined by the effects between innovation on the corporate reputation through value creation as the intervening variable in the shariah banking industry (Shariah Commercial Banks and Shariah Subsidiary Unit) in South Sumatra Province, Indonesia. The approach in the modeling and the technical solution as the tool analysis utilized Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Primary data were collected via distribution of questionnaires directly to the customers, and also through email, considering distance, time and funding limitation.

The teaching activities of lecturers in the first cycle and the second cycle were 36 (good category). Student learning activities in the first cycle is 35 (good category) and in the second cycle is 34 (good category). The conclusion of this study is the application of problem-based learning (PBM) using the blended learning method can improve critical thinking skills and student learning activities in biochemical courses.
